Career Highlights: Kim holds an undergraduate degree with dual majors in Marketing and International Business and a master's degree in Sports and Recreation Administration. Both degrees are from Bowling Green State University where she was also a four-year varsity gymnast. She earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation (CMP) in 2003 and is a past president of Meeting Professionals International, Michigan Chapter. She has also been recognized as an honorary faculty member for the Michigan State University School of Hospitality Business. Prior to working for VIKTOR, Kim gained experience in hospitality and recreation with Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company, and the University of Utah Athletics Department.

Personal: Kim lives in Dexter (a suburb of Ann Arbor) with her husband Brian and her two elementary-aged girls, Samantha and Molly. The whole family is active in sports with golf, soccer, softball, basketball, gymnastics and ballet – not too many couch potatoes at this household! Kim enjoys coaching gymnastics, running in road races to keep in shape, and plays in an over 30 soccer league. The family also enjoys summers at their family cottage in Traverse City on Lake Leelanau.
