Career Highlights: Mark is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and has worked in the incentive and travel industry for 22 years. He has been a member of the Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE) since 1988, and is currently on the Board of Directors and serving as Vice President. His desire to build strong customer relationships and his keen interest in his employees' job satisfaction keeps him passionate about defining VIKTOR as a premier service company.

Personal: Mark grew up in the Detroit suburb of Farmington Hills. He lives in Traverse City with his wife Dawn, son Ryan, and daughter Alexandra. Mark says, "Family is very important to us so we always try to make the most of our time together. I appreciate how tolerant they are of my work schedule and travels." Mark and his family are huge University of Michigan football fans (GO BLUE!), and enjoy traveling, golf, spending warm summer days on their boat, and skiing in the winter.
