Site Selection & Contract Negotiation

This is a free service to you! We are paid for by the hotel which you select for your meeting. We will efficiently find available facilities that are appropriate to your meeting needs. We then negotiate with hotels and venues to fit within your budget.

Transportation

We work with several providers to offer a comprehensive line of executive vehicles, shuttles, and motor coaches. We will arrange for airport transfers, "meet and greet", VIP service, and transportation for your off-site events.

Special Events

We can provide the theme, décor and entertainment to any event any time of day by adding "extra" to "ordinary" for an extraordinary wow factor your attendees won't forget.

Cultural Tours & Recreational Activities

We can arrange to entertain adults or children with all that our great state of Michigan has to offer. Museums, winery tours or aboard a yacht for a sunset reception, regardless of size, we build custom tours to suit your group's interests.

Our goal is to know everything about what Michigan has to offer so we can be an unlimited resource to our clients. One way we obtain this goal is by operating Cooperative Marketing efforts with hotels, resorts and service providers throughout the state. Cooperative Marketing means that we partner with a variety of suppliers at trade shows, on sales calls, in sponsorships and at client events. By working this closely with these service providers, we are able to learn more about all they have to offer. Through these relationships, we are also able to bring better buying power to the meeting planners. We have built an extensive database with specifications for just about anything a meeting planner could look for. We will use our expertise to match your meeting or incentive trip with the venues and services most suited to your budget and goals.
